Arrival
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early, without any makeup, debris or oil on your lashes for all lash services. If a makeup remover or second lash bath is required to remove makeup or debris, a $5 lash bath will be added onto the appointment charge.
Late Arrivals
Every minute matters when doing a set of lash extensions whether it’s for a fill or a new set.
*There is a 15 minute grace period after the start of the scheduled appointment where the appointment may still be continued. More than 15 minutes and we reserve the right to cancel your appointment. In this case of a late arrival, the technician may forgo or change the course of the appointment for example, we may use a lash primer in exchange for doing a full lash bath. Anytime lateness proceeds 10 minutes, the client will have to either come in for their next lash fill sooner, or add an extended fill onto their following appointment so they may catch up on time missed.
Cancellations/Appointment Changes
We know that you wouldn’t cancel if you didn’t have to but the cancellation fee isn’t there to punish you; it’s there to cover costs that we incurred on your behalf by holding this reservation for you, and unfortunately those costs don’t go down just because there was a strong reason for canceling.
1. We have an 8 hour cancellation policy where we ask that you give us at least 8 hours from the scheduled appointment to make any changes or cancellations, anything less than this generous amount of time and a 50% service fee will be automatically charged to the card on file.
2. No Shows & Cancellations/changes to the appointment within 1 hour, of the scheduled appointment will have a 100% service fee automatically charged to the card on file.
Same Day Booked Appointments
Appointments booked the same day will have a one hour grace period for cancellation or changes from booking time. Outside of this, a 50% service fee will be charged for any appointment changes.
Lash Extension Specific Policies
Fills

You must have at least 35% of your lash extensions still on for a 3 Week fill, 50% for a 2 week fill and 70% for a 1 week fill. Anything less than these percentages and the lash technician will get on as much as they can during the scheduled appointment. You as the client will need to schedule your next fill either a week earlier than your regularly scheduled fill, or add an extended fill onto the next appointment to catch back up, otherwise, a new set will be required.

If it has been more than 28 days from your last appointment, and have the required percentage of extensions still on, an extended fill will be added onto the fill to account for extra time needed to take off grown-out lash extensions and replace them. May be used up to 35 days from previously scheduled appointment. If the client doesn’t have the required percentage of lash extensions on, a new set will be required. In order to maintain the health of your natural lash, anything more than 35 days will also require a new set of lash extensions.

Foreign Fills- Lash extensions that weren’t placed by one of our artists during the previous appointment, are blended or corrected with our lash extensions during a lash fill. Please note, our lash warranty cannot be given to clients wishing to receive a refill on a foreign fill. Removal of old set and application of brand new set is required to receive the guarantee. (See Lash Guarantee for more information). As lash artists whose main focus is lashing with integrity, so you never have to worry about the health of your natural lashes, a foreign fill can only be achieved if-
-The previous lash artist properly applied your lash extensions according to our standards.
-If the client’s previous lash set was improperly applied, time permitting the client will be required to purchase a removal and full set service. If time is not permitted, a removal will be done and new set scheduled in the future. If the client does not want to continue with a removal, a 50% service fee will be charged to the card on file.
Lash Guarantee (Lash Extensions & Lash Lift & Tint)
For lash extensions and the lash lift: Whether it’s your fault, or our fault, we understand things happen and if for any reason you are not happy with your lashes or have lost an excessive amount of lashes, if you contact us within 4 days of your last appointment, we will happily fix them at no cost. To receive the guarantee, we must be contacted within the 4 days and the appointment must be scheduled within 7 days of the previous appointment. Anything more than 7 days and it will be considered a fill. If more than 2 repairs are needed within a 6 month period, a different lash artist may be assigned or an evaluation might be made that the client is not a good candidate for lash extensions.
Contacts:
Contacts should not be worn during any lash application process. Further, we recommend that you wait 12 to 24 hours after your service before wearing your contacts again in order to minimize potential infections or irritation to the eyes.
Refunds and additional points:

Payment is expected at time of service for all services rendered. All payments are final. We accept cash, card, Venmo and Apple Pay. We do not accept checks.

Refunds or price matches are not offered on lash or brow treatments by Lash House as we provide a labour service that cannot be put back onto the shelf for resale.
***There may be times that we will discourage a customer from receiving services based on the professional opinion of the technician. If the customer decides, against the advice provided by Lash House to receive the service, payment must be made and if the customer is unhappy with the result, no free services will be offered to adapt or change the product or result.***
